[Remote] Software Engineer

The Software Engineer will work closely with the founders to develop the product, advance machine learning predictive capabilities, and build generative AI features. The role also involves designing scalable solutions, integrating machine learning algorithms, and leading future engineering hires.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the founders to shape the product vision and roadmap
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our platform
- Integrate machine learning algorithms to enhance predictive analytics on claims outcomes
- Take charge and lead future engineering hires, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Continuously iterate on the product based on feedback and data-driven insights
Skills
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proven experience in software development, preferably deploying solutions at scale
- Experience with healthcare data is a plus
