[Remote] Software Engineer - Data, API, Front End

The Software Engineer will develop and test APIs, build test automation solutions, support cloud-based environments, and contribute to data quality assurance and RESTful microservice development in an Agile team environment.
Skills
- * Demonstrated experience in API development, testing, and automation using tools such as Karate, Postman, or equivalent frameworks
- * Strong proficiency in Python/Java programming with hands-on experience developing and maintaining test automation solutions
- * Practical experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-based environments
- * Expertise in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies, including designing and implementing test scenarios using tools such as Cucumber, Behave, or similar frameworks
- * Solid understanding of data quality assurance, including data validation, integrity checks, and testing best practices
- * Proven experience in designing, developing, and building RESTful APIs from scratch
- * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
- * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, Agile, team-oriented environment
- * Strong Core Java & Spring Boot
- * APIGEE & Security patterns
- * Swagger Designing
- * Microservice Architecture and Patterns
- * 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Exposure to Kafka, Ni-Fi, or other streaming technologies
- • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE)
