[Remote] Software Engineer III

The client is a mass media and entertainment company seeking a Software Engineer III to support onboarding for its Human Agentic Review Platform. The role focuses on integrating new and acquired products into existing review systems, building review pipelines, maintaining integrations, and coordinating with engineering and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Software/Solution Engineer to support the Human Agentic Review Platform onboarding pod with integrating new products into client Scaled Review Tooling (SRT) systems. This role focuses on onboarding work — handling the growing volume of new product ↔ SRT integration requests — so the core engineering team can stay focused on platform development. It is a cross-functional role requiring close coordination with engineering and XFN (cross-functional) partners
- Handle the growing volume of new product ↔ SRT integration requests escalated from MSL and other orgs
- Build and configure end-to-end review pipelines (e.g., intake → cases/enforcement flows) for common, well-defined use cases
- Adapt and maintain integrations as the underlying review systems evolve
- Coordinate closely with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners throughout the onboarding process
- Integrate new systems from client Superintelligence Lab and acquired products into existing platforms
- Fit integrations into client existing compliance framework
- Collaborate closely within the engineering pod on tight timelines
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in software or solution engineering, with a focus on integrations / systems work
- Proven experience building software integrations between different systems
- Backend/software engineering skills — writing and configuring production-quality code
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both engineering and non-engineering partners
- Ability to learn new internal tools and platforms quickly and adapt as systems change
- System integration experience (integrating new/acquired systems into existing platforms)
- Programming in Hack, Python, and Java
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience at large tech companies (e.g., Google, Microsoft)
- Experience working within small engineering pods on tight timelines
- Prior client experience is a significant plus, though its absence won't rule a candidate out
