[Remote] Sr. Program Manager, EPMO
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RIT Solutions, Inc. is recruiting for a senior program management role supporting an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). The role will establish and scale PMO governance, methodologies, standards, reporting, and operating rhythms while driving portfolio, program, and project management across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Strong PMO leadership experience, not just project execution
- Experience establishing governance, methodologies, standards, reporting, and operating rhythms
- Ability to drive portfolio, program, and project management across the organization
- Strong resource planning, budgeting, prioritization, and executive reporting skills
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Comfortable managing scope, timelines, costs, risks, and change management initiatives
Skills
- 8+ years of program management experience leading large-scale technical and enterprise-wide programs within a technology or cloud infrastructure environment
- Proven experience establishing or maintaining governance frameworks within an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO)
- Deep expertise across project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and PMO platforms (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence)
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and hold cross-functional teams accountable across complex, distributed organizational structures
- Exceptional leadership, structured problem-solving, and communication skills with extensive executive presentation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PgMP, PMP, CSM) are strongly preferred
