[Remote] Technical Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support healthcare technology and data integration projects. The role manages projects from requirements gathering through sprint delivery and completion, coordinating stakeholders and technical teams while facilitating Agile/Scrum processes, tracking risks and deliverables, and supporting healthcare interfaces and releases.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate technical projects across cross-functional teams
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements
- Manage Jira tickets and project status throughout the Agile/Scrum lifecycle
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Track blockers, risks, and project deliverables through completion
- Support healthcare interfaces and data integration initiatives
- Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful releases
Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Project Management, or Business Systems Analysis
- Hands-on experience with HL7
- Healthcare technology or healthcare data experience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira
- Strong stakeholder communication and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage projects from requirements through completion
