[Remote] Technical Project Manager | Onsite
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Photon is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager capable of operating in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will manage delivery execution, engage in enterprise-level discussions, and drive reporting, analytics, and workflow coordination.
Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day project execution and coordination across teams
- Maintain project tracking, KPIs, dashboards, and delivery reports
- Facilitate enterprise-level discussions with cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage tasks, dependencies, and sprint workflows using Jira and Rally
- Support analytics and reporting using Excel and Power BI
- Collaborate with leadership on planning, tracking, and delivery governance
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Hands-on experience with Rally
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboards and reporting
- Ability to engage in enterprise-level communication and decision-making
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- 5–7 years of relevant Project/Program Management experience
- Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Healthcare domain experience is a plus but not mandatory
