[Remote] Weekend Operations Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Corporate Traffic Logistics is a logistics company focused on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient freight operations. The Weekend Operations Coordinator will manage after-hours shipment monitoring, communicate with carriers and customers, resolve transit issues, update shipment systems, and coordinate handoffs with the day operations team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track all active shipments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate status updates
• Serve as the main point of contact for carriers, drivers, and customers during after-hours operations
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in transit, escalating as needed
• Update internal systems with accurate, real-time shipment details and status changes
• Communicate professionally with customers to provide timely updates and solutions
• Collaborate with the day operations team to ensure a seamless transition and accurate handoff of information
• Maintain accurate records of all communication, updates, and issue resolutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements

Skills

• 1+ year(s) experience within freight brokerage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn industry-specific software
• Able to work after-hours and adapt to changing priorities
• Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 12pm-9pm
• Remote schedule upon training completion
