[Remote] Workday Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Workday Analyst will troubleshoot issues, maintain Workday HCM and security, support testing and documentation, analyze HR data, and liaise among end users, functional teams, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions
• Workday HCM maintenance and audits
• Security maintenance
• Development of testing scripts and execution of testing
• Develop and maintain functional/user documentation
• Data analysis for accuracy and comparisons
• Cross-departmental support of all departments that utilize our HR systems
• Act as a liaison between end users, functional teams and IT

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in related field required or a combination of education and progressively responsible work
• • Workday experience required
• • Minimum 1 year as functional analyst
• • Minimum 1 year writing and executing test scripts
• • Ability to multi-task
• • Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel Skills
• • Should have comments configuration experience as well as end-user prodiction support
• • Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary
• • Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary
• • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary
• • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary
• • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary
• • Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary
• • For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs, as necessary
• • For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required, as driving is an essential job function
• • Workday configuration experience preferred, but not required
• • HR Experience and/or Support Desk experience preferred
