[Remote] Workday Data Conversion Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Workday Data Conversion Consultant to support a large-scale federal Human Capital Management modernization initiative. The role will plan, map, cleanse, convert, validate, and load legacy HR data into Workday while collaborating with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to ensure data integrity and successful migration.
Responsibilities
- Lead Workday data conversion activities throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Develop source-to-target mapping documents and conversion specifications
- Analyze, cleanse, transform, and validate legacy data for migration
- Execute mock conversions and support testing cycles
- Reconcile converted data and resolve data quality issues
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and client teams to ensure successful deployments
Skills
- 3+ years of Workday Data Conversion experience
- Experience with Workday EIB and data migration tools
- Strong understanding of data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Experience supporting Workday HCM implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Per our Federal Government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens able to pass a background check.
- Workday certification
- Experience migrating data from PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems
- Federal government implementation experience
- Active clearance or ability to obtain one
