S4 Continuous Improvement Engineer-Transformation
BCTG’s direct medical technology client is looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to support its SAP S4 ERP transformation program. As the client rolls out new SAP S4 deployments across its supply chain over the next several years, this person will partner with deployment leaders to document processes, identify Lean opportunities, and redesign processes to take advantage of AI. This is a remote contract with some travel to lead Kaizen and continuous improvement workshops.
Responsibilities
Partner with deployment leaders to map current and future-state processes for each new SAP S4 deployment. Lead process documentation for supply chain digital teams. Identify Lean and process improvement opportunities, including where AI can support process redesign. Plan and facilitate Kaizen and continuous improvement workshops with business and technology teams. Drive process improvement recommendations through to adoption across business and IT stakeholders. Required 10+ years of experience in continuous improvement or process engineering. Strong experience supporting SAP implementations or digital transformations, ideally SAP S4. Hands-on experience facilitating Kaizen events or continuous improvement workshops. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and work effectively across business and technology teams. Strong process mapping and documentation skills. Ability to travel for Kaizen and continuous improvement workshops. Preferred Experience identifying AI or automation opportunities within business processes. Supply chain process experience. Experience in MedTech or another regulated industry. Based in New Jersey.
