Sales Development Representative (SDR) - REMOTE

We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our remote sales team in the business coaching space. If you’re someone who loves people, thrives on discipline, and wants to earn based on how hard you work not just the hours you log this could be for you! We proudly hit the Inc 5000 list at #1145 this year too, so we are looking to scale! We have TOO many leads, who have never been contacted once, those of which have applied for our programs directly, so the leads are warm! This is an offer for business coaching in the photography/videography space. What You’ll Be Doing Calling and texting warm leads who opt in through our ads, webinars, or organic content. You will never do cold outreach. Most of the people you contact will have applied directly for our business coaching programs. Outbounding/texting to book qualified triage calls with leads. B2C and B2B! Running triage Zoom calls yourself—you will personally handle 5–15 triage bookings per day. Qualifying leads on triage calls and booking consults with closers for those who are a strong fit. Managing all follow-ups and lead tracking in our CRM using phone, SMS, and Zoom. Joining a team of 4 other Setters who work great together and are hungry to improve! Daily and Monthly Minimum KPIs Daily 100–125 outbounds (this includes double dialing) - 50–60 unique leads contacted 5–7 triages booked from outbounds 7-12 triages available on your calendar 2–4 solid consults booked with closers Monthly 1800-2200 outbounds (This INCLUDES double dialing) 110+ triages booked 50-70 consults booked 8–15 closed sets 20–30% close rate on consults booked Who We’re Looking For Someone who genuinely loves people, not just sales Willing to grind and hit the numbers, every day, without excuses Emotionally intelligent, coachable, and eager to improve fast Competitive but team-first—you want to win and help others win Believes in the real impact of what we sell—real estate media changes lives Bonus: experience as a setter or in appointment-based sales is a plus

Compensation
