Job Description
Position: Senior Consultant 1 / Consultant 3 (C3)
Unit: Advisory – Local Qatar
Reports to: QRM Lead
Salary - 25 to 35 LakhsPA
Role Summary:
The Senior Consultantis responsible forsupporting the businesswiththe applicable quality and risk management procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting risk management procedures, including but not limited to, conflict check procedures, client, thirdparty,engagementacceptance procedures, reviewing the proposals and contracting arrangements.
Support onrisk management and quality related projects,like,enhancements to policies, procedures,automationor implementation thereof.
Supporting the businessinmeeting the key requirements in the stated focus areas.
Support the businessbyconducting compliance audits in relation to risk management,qualityand engagement documentation requirements.
Support on any external quality and risk management audits
Stakeholder management in relation to theabove-mentionedareas.
Legal and regulatory support on ad hoc basis.
Prepare and conduct training on topics related to quality and risk management processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of4-5 years of relevant experiencein complianceorRisk Managementrole
Strong risk management awareness andexpertisein risk management tools.
Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating within a team environment.
Proven experience inidentifyingopportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and resolve risk-related challenges.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in business English.
Ability to coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience working across teams and functions in a professional setting.
Educational Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCAorDegree in Law, or a master’s degree in a relevant field.
