Role Description The Senior Director of Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for leading LoftMax’s overall marketing strategy and brand positioning in the interior design and fitout sector. This role oversees the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, including digital and offline campaigns, to drive awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across commercial and residential segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing market research initiatives, analyzing performance metrics, guiding content and creative development, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The Senior Director of Marketing will collaborate closely with sales, design, and project teams, manage external agencies and partners, and optimize budgets to achieve measurable results. This role also involves mentoring marketing team members, identifying new market opportunities, and aligning marketing activities with LoftMax’s long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Marketing Management and Marketing, with proven experience leading comprehensive marketing functions and brand initiatives. Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Market Research to design strategies, understand customer segments, and identify growth opportunities. Candidates should possess skills in Sales and commercial collaboration to align marketing programs with business development and revenue goals. Extensive experience in strategic marketing leadership roles, ideally within interior design, architecture, fitout, construction, or related industries. Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and work effectively in multicultural environments. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with marketing analytics tools, and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage but not required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are beneficial.
