We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR and Immigration Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and high-quality immigration and human resources consultancy services
- Develop channels in China to promote the company's immigration and HR consultancy services
- Explore business partners in China and coordinate the acquisition of work permits and resident permits for foreign customers.
- Review and formulate the annual recruitment plan, analyze and evaluate personnel policies for Mainland customers
- Assist in improving job descriptions and performance appraisal systems for Mainland customers
- Manage customer contact and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for logistics
