Sinexcel is a globally leading provider of core power equipment and Energy Internet solutions. We are building our new AIDC power supply business, focused on high-density power & distribution systems for AI data centers. This role bridges our US customers and China R&D teams to shape competitive AIDC power and UPS solutions for hyperscale cloud and colo operators. Job Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Definition Own the end-to-end product management for AIDC power, UPS and power distribution solutions. Collect requirements from US hyperscalers, colocation operators and IDC developers, translate market demands into clear product requirements, and drive the product roadmap aligned with AIDC high-density computing power trends. Customer & Technical Requirement Alignment Engage directly with US AIDC / data center customers to understand their power capacity, redundancy, efficiency, UPS and distribution system requirements. Communicate customer feedback, technical specifications and local grid compliance needs to the R&D and engineering teams in China, facilitate cross-region technical alignment. Competitive & Market Analysis Track market trends, technical specifications, benchmark products and pricing from key players including Vertiv, Eaton, Schneider, ABB, hyperscalers and major US IDC operators. Identify competitive gaps, propose product differentiation and optimization suggestions. Solution Definition & Technical Enablement Develop AIDC power system solution documents, technical datasheets, value propositions and go-to-market materials. Support sales and pre-sales teams with solution design, technical Q&A, trial run project planning and customer technical presentations. Product Launch & Lifecycle Management Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, testing, manufacturing, sales, application engineering) to drive product definition, validation, qualification and market launch. Own product lifecycle management, track field performance, and continuously iterate solutions to meet evolving AIDC requirements. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of product / technical experience in IDC / data center industry, must focus on power supply systems, power distribution systems or UPS products . Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering. Preferred base location: US Bay Area. Familiar with the US data center ecosystem, including Vertiv, Eaton, Schneider, ABB, Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia, Cyrusone, QTS Realty Trust, Flexential, Switch, Databank, Cyxtera, Coresite, NTT, Iron Mountain, Applied Digital, etc. Strong communication skills to collaborate smoothly with engineering teams based in China; Chinese language capability is preferred for efficient cross-border technical communication. Deep understanding of data center power infrastructure, UPS architecture and high-power-density AIDC application scenarios. Good logical thinking, requirement sorting and cross-team project driving skills.
