- We are looking for a 8+ years of hands-on experience Senior Java / Python Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable systems.
- In this role, you will bridge heavy backend infrastructure—leveraging Java for core enterprise microservices and distributed systems—with Python for data processing, automation, rapid prototyping, and API integrations.
- System Architecture &
Design: Architect, build, and optimize scalable, low latency microservices and RESTful/gRPC APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
- Polyglot Integration: Seamlessly integrate Java enterprise backend services with Python-based data pipelines, analytics engines, or machine learning models.
- Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and concurrency issues across JVM and Python execution environments.
- Database Management: Design schema migrations, optimize complex SQL queries, and manage NoSQL storage solutions for high-throughput transactional and analytical applications.
- Code Quality &
Technical Leadership: Lead technical code reviews, promote TDD (Test-Driven Development), mentor junior developers, and enforce standard engineering best practices. Work Experience : 10 + Years
