[Remote] Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sorenson Communications is hiring an Account Manager to promote the CaptionCall phone and service to eligible users and healthcare professionals. The role involves demonstrating the product, generating leads, building and managing provider accounts, and supporting referrals through in-person sales activities and events.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads by demonstrating the CaptionCall phone and service to directly to eligible users, Hearing Healthcare Providers or Senior Community Administrators
- Manage a territory through in-person interactions, presentations and events using direct sales methodologies
- When assigned, work with Hearing Care Professionals on the patient certification and referral process
- Represent CaptionCall at various events as assigned
- Adhere to strict compliance policies set by the company
- Utilize company CRM to log daily activities
- The account manager has access to highly confidential, sensitive information relating to the employees of CaptionCall. It is essential that applicant possess the requisite integrity to maintain the information in strictest confidence
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ability to meet or exceed Account Manager expectations and maintain established goals set forth by department management
- Must be reliable, organized and punctual
- Must be able to work independently
- Ability to effectively communicate in English through reading, writing, speaking and listening
- Outside Sales or similar experience
- Experience working with senior citizens
- Basic computer knowledge and experience
- Possess and maintain a valid driver license
- Maintain a good driving record
- Positive attitude, team player, good interpersonal communication skills and able to work across company departments
- Familiarity with assistive devices for the hearing impaired is a plus
