- Own P&L and sales performance for the assigned state
- Develop and execute state-level sales strategy
- Lead Regional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers, and Territory Sales Managers
- Build a robust dealer and distribution network
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion
- Monitor sales forecasting, collections, and profitability
- Develop strategic relationships with key customers and channel partners
- Collaborate with Leadership on business planning and expansion
- Review business performance through dashboards and KPIs
- Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales governance
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large sales teams

- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with execution excellence
- Ability to scale sales operations across large geographies
- Experience in Battery, EV Battery, Lithium Batteries or preferred industries preferred
