You'll play a key role in shaping the team member experience, from attracting exceptional talent and creating seamless onboarding experiences to fostering engagement and supporting a thriving workplace culture. Reporting directly to the VP of Talent & Culture, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how we recruit, operate, and support our team members. What You’ll Do Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment processes Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and build qualified candidate pipelines Maintain recruiting systems and deliver an exceptional candidate experience Talent & Culture Operations Coordinate onboarding, benefits administration, and day-to-day Talent & Culture operations Maintain accurate team member records and support payroll and HRIS activities Respond to team member inquiries and support HR policies, compliance, and daily operations Team Member Experience & Process Improvement Coordinate recognition programs, team celebrations, and culture initiatives Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve Talent & Culture processes Support internal communications and initiatives that enhance the team member experience

Requirements
