Technical Writer - Entry Level

We're hiring a Technical Writer to create clear, well-organized documentation that helps users understand products and processes. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build your writing career in a supportive, collaborative environment. You'll work with engineers, designers, and project managers to turn complex information into easy-to-follow manuals, guides, and procedural documents. No prior technical writing experience is necessary—we provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed.

• Write and edit technical documents including manuals, guides, and reference materials• Meet with team members to learn about products and processes• Research and understand products thoroughly before writing about them• Assess audience needs and adjust your writing style and technical language accordingly• Plan your writing process and manage deadlines• Work with designers to create diagrams, charts, and visual aids that support your documentation• Gather feedback from colleagues and customers to continuously improve your work• Present complex information in clear, concise language
• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability• Ability to break down complex information into simple, clear explanations• Comfortable meeting deadlines and working independently• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel• A willingness to learn and grow in a technical writing role• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in writing, communications, or related fields is a plus but not required
