You’ll own your territory, work from home, and set your own schedule — with the resources of a 22,000 sq. ft. warehouse and a five-state team behind you. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence in Western Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with plumbing or construction industry experience who can build strong customer relationships and provide trusted, technical, solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the territory through in-person sales calls Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, wholesalers, and end users Provide consistent follow-up on active and upcoming projects Travel to customer sites to offer technical support and solutions Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations Generate job quotes and proposals for customers Collaborate with internal team members and manufacturers on project execution
Qualifications
Must reside in or near the Western Pennsylvania area Sales, Plumbing, water/wastewater, or construction industry experience strongly preferred Proven ability to manage time independently and prioritize effectively Strong communication and relationship-building skills Bachelor’s degree preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for frequent travel within the assigned territory Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission and profit sharing 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off and paid training Parental leave Flexible schedule and work-from-home Mileage, travel, and cell phone reimbursement
