💻 We’re Hiring: Training Specialist 📍 Remote (United States) 🕒 Full-Time / Part-Time 💼 Level: Entry-Level / Junior We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Training Specialist to support employee learning, onboarding, and professional development initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy teaching, communicating with others, developing training materials, and helping employees build the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in a fully remote work environment. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee training programs Conduct virtual training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and educational presentations Assist with new hire training and orientation programs Develop, update, and organize training materials, presentations, guides, manuals, and learning resources Coordinate training schedules, invitations, attendance, and session logistics Communicate training requirements, schedules, and updates to employees and managers Assess training needs and assist in identifying opportunities for employee development Support the creation of online learning content, courses, and training resources Track employee participation, training completion, and learning progress Collect participant feedback and evaluate training effectiveness Prepare training reports, attendance records, and program summaries Collaborate with HR, managers, subject-matter experts, and other teams to develop relevant training programs Assist with onboarding and role-specific training initiatives Provide guidance and support to employees during training programs Maintain accurate training records and learning documentation Identify opportunities to improve training processes, materials, and employee learning experiences Stay informed about modern learning technologies, training methodologies, and professional development practices Support special learning and development projects as assigned ✅ Requirements Entry-Level / Junior candidates are welcome to apply 0–3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, human resources, education, customer service, administration, or a related field Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Comfortable conducting virtual training sessions and communicating with groups Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to create clear, engaging, and well-organized training materials Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Experience with learning management systems (LMS), video conferencing platforms, or e-learning tools is a plus Familiarity with instructional design or adult learning principles is a plus Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams Patient, approachable, professional, and enthusiastic attitude Willingness to learn new training technologies and methodologies Fluent in English Based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup 🌟 What We Offer Fully remote work arrangement within the United States Flexible and supportive work environment Comprehensive training and onboarding Hands-on experience supporting real-world employee learning and development programs Opportunities to develop presentation, facilitation, instructional, and communication skills Exposure to modern learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and virtual training tools Career growth opportunities toward Senior Training Specialist, Learning & Development Specialist, Instructional Designer, Training Manager, or Learning & Development Manager roles Supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented remote workplace culture Opportunities to work with HR professionals, managers, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams Continuous learning and professional development opportunities Competitive compensation and benefits package
