Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across the organization. This role leads operational strategy, designs scalable processes, and ensures alignment between product development, customer delivery, and support functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing workflows, managing budgets and P&L performance, tracking key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Vice President Operations will collaborate closely with executive leadership to translate strategic plans into executable programs, oversee cross-functional projects, and support high-quality customer service standards. The role also involves building and mentoring operations teams, implementing best practices, and ensuring efficient project execution in a fast-paced technology environment.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and performance measurement. Demonstrated experience in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial oversight for operational functions. Background in Customer Service leadership, with a focus on service quality, support processes, and client satisfaction. Proficiency in Strategic Planning, translating business goals into operational roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Solid Project Management abilities, including planning, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination. Experience in technology or blockchain-related industries is highly beneficial. Proven success leading remote or distributed teams and fostering collaboration in virtual environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
