Web Content and Tier 2 Integration Specialist

Koniag Professional Services, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Web Content and Tier 2 Integration Specialist with a Secret security clearance to support KPS and our government customer. The position is remote. The specialist will create, maintain, and publish content across public-facing and internal websites and applications while also providing Tier 2 troubleshooting for content management systems, website functionality, application integrations, user access, and related digital services. The specialist will work closely with Operations Managers, content teams, technical teams, developers, and government stakeholders to investigate issues, coordinate resolutions, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure a consistent and reliable digital experience.
