P&C Services department delivers HR service to IKEA co-workers in over 20 different European countries within the Personnel administration as well as Payroll. Human resources also manage legal compliance, maintain files and records, while reducing the administrative workload from HR Units. As a P&C Services Team Leader you will support the P&C Services Delivery Manager in building up and leading the competent PA and PY teams of Ingka Business Service Center.
