Accounting Officer (remote)

We continue to invest in data science, analytics, and technology that improve outcomes and enable value-based care. We are currently seeking an A/P Specialist to join our accounting and finance team. Manage the full-cycle AP function, including monitoring the AP inbox and entering invoices in Sage Intacct with accurate GL coding.
- Reconcile AP-related general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
- Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions.
- Serve as the point person for our procurement tool, including user support and approval workflow maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Assist with audit requests and provide AP documentation as needed.
- 3-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience; bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and general accounting practices.
- Advanced Excel skills (ability to create pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions).
