Role Description The Crypto Research Analyst at JOB ETUDIANT CAMEROUN is a part-time remote role focused on monitoring and analyzing cryptocurrency markets and blockchain trends. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and fundamental research on digital assets, reviewing project whitepapers and technical documentation, and summarizing key findings in clear, structured reports. The analyst will track price movements, trading volumes, regulatory updates, and major ecosystem developments, providing data-driven insights and short briefs for internal use or publication. The role also involves collaborating with team members to refine research priorities, preparing visual summaries or presentations of research outcomes, and maintaining organized databases of sources, metrics, and research notes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency in market research and general research methods relevant to cryptocurrencies and blockchain projects.
• Basic understanding of statistics and comfort working with numerical datasets and metrics.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to present complex information in an accessible way.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and DeFi platforms is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Experience using online research tools, data platforms, or crypto market trackers (e.g., CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap) is an advantage.
• Current student or recent graduate in economics, finance, statistics, computer science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
