The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to build rapport while handling inbound inquiries and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective clients. Identify client needs and explain relevant services. Follow provided scripts while maintaining natural, engaging conversations. Schedule consultations and follow up with interested prospects. Maintain accurate call notes and contact records. Update lead information in the CRM or tracking system. Handle confidential client information professionally. QualificationsStrong verbal communication and active listening skills. Confidence and professionalism when speaking with prospective clients. Ability to follow scripts and manage objections effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, sales, intake, or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
