Soto Growth Systems is adding a fully remote sales professional to our Phoenix city team. This full-time opportunity suits someone who enjoys understanding a business owner's goals, asking useful questions, and guiding a thoughtful buying decision.
We help coaches, consultants, agencies, and online service providers improve their sales systems with automation, AI-powered processes, and experienced sales support. Your role is to turn that work into clear, practical conversations with prospective clients.
Your day-to-day work
Lead scheduled consultations by Zoom and phone. Learn what each prospect wants to achieve, explore the challenges standing in the way, and explain relevant solutions in straightforward language. Address questions professionally, keep your CRM records current, and follow through on the next steps you agree with prospects. Take responsibility for individual targets and contribute to the team's progress.
A system to support your performance
Pre-scheduled appointments let you focus on sales conversations. No cold calling or manual prospecting is required. AI-driven lead generation supports the pipeline, while established processes and structured onboarding help you learn the work. Continued sales training, coaching, and mentorship support your development in a flexible remote environment.

Compensation
