[Remote] Customer Success Manager | Implementation & Client Growth
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Respage provides marketing, reputation management and AI-powered technology for multifamily communities. The Customer Success Manager guides clients through implementation, training and adoption, resolves issues, connects services to client goals, and identifies opportunities for account growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead kickoff, implementation and the first 90 days of training and adoption
- Be a trusted, proactive contact for your assigned clients
- Connect services and results to each client's goals
- Coordinate solutions and follow through on issues
- Recommend relevant upsells and expansions that fit each client's needs
- Keep commitments, account activity and project details organized
Skills
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, implementation or similar client-facing work
- Clear communication, strong organization and dependable follow-through
- Comfort learning software, solving problems and managing multiple accounts
- A consultative approach to growth: listen first and recommend what fits
- Comfort using AI daily to work smarter while checking its accuracy
- Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Ohio or Florida
- Multifamily or digital-marketing experience
