[Remote] Design Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ProSites is seeking a Design Project Manager for its Accounting Vertical and CPA Site Solutions product line. The role manages daily design team activities, inbound custom design queues, website design creation, project assignments, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and support teams.
Responsibilities
- Help manage day-to-day activities of the design team including design queue scheduling, communicating and improving processes, performance, quality expectations, and updates, etc
- Participate in the design and coding activities of the Client Facing work for the Accounting Vertical
- Assigning work for incoming Cases and Projects from within Salesforce
- Constantly work with team to evolve the custom workflows, process and wireframe models for custom design
- Liaison between the design team, sales and support teams, helping the other teams understand how to sell and communicate design
- Actively involved in design discussions and critiques to help improve product
- Help with marketing projects and print collateral as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management
Skills
- 3–5 years of professional experience in design project management, web design, digital design, or a related field, including experience managing projects, workflows, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration
- A BA/BFA in design (or equivalent training)
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CS) Applications and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated knowledge of Saleforce.com
- Responsive web design experience
- Familiarity with jQuery and JS
- Experience working in the MS Windows environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting
- May be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessary
- Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds
- Certain management positions might be required to occasional travel
