[Remote] Entry Level Financial Representative

The Entry Level Financial Representative supports clients through introductory consultations, financial needs assessments, product explanations, applications, documentation, and ongoing follow-up while developing expertise in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct introductory consultations, gather client financial information, and help assess needs related to protection, debt management, and long-term planning
- Explaining core products and services, preparing basic financial illustrations, and assisting clients with applications and documentation
- Follow up with clients, maintain accurate records in company systems, and collaborate with experienced team members to ensure a positive client experience
Skills
- Ability to learn and explain core financial concepts, including term life insurance, investments, debt solutions, and retirement planning
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client service skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up
- Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with basic office software, online communication tools, and CRM systems
- Motivation to develop a career in financial services, with a willingness to pursue relevant licenses or certifications as required
- High ethical standards, professional demeanor, and a commitment to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support is beneficial but not mandatory
