[Remote] Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Petauri is a global healthcare consulting and solutions organization that helps life sciences organizations navigate complex healthcare challenges. The Project Manager is responsible for executing pharmaceutical marketing initiatives by developing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project scope and risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Clinical Services teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Supports a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Participates in team meetings and contributes to a positive, solutions-oriented work environment
• Embodies the agency’s core values and promotes a high standard of professionalism and integrity
• Develops and maintains detailed project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key milestones and deadlines
• Manages day-to-day project activities, including status tracking, meeting coordination, and documentation
• Proactively identifies risks and roadblocks, escalating issues and proposing solutions to keep projects on track
• Partners with internal teams and external vendors to manage project scope, resources, and deliverables
• Facilitates internal meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items
• Supports post-project evaluations to identify learnings and opportunities for process improvement
• Utilizes project management tools and systems to track progress, manage documentation, and report on project health
• Contributes to the development and refinement of project management best practices and SOPs
• Collaborates PM leadership and account teams to support resource planning

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
• 2+ years of experience in project management at a life sciences agency; market access agency experience is preferred but not a requirement
• Working understanding of agency process (including both digital and print resources), job-tracking systems and/or Project Management software (i.e., Smartsheet, WorkFront, etc.), and best practices; direct experience with Wrike platform is preferred but not a requirement
• Proven ability to solve complex problems, manage conflict resolution, and collaborate with others
• Exceeds at identifying and managing risk implications
• Ability to drive change and achieve results in a dynamic environment #LI-Remote
