[Remote] Senior Claims Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Talent Groups is seeking bilingual English/French attorneys for a non-practicing legal claims project involving product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters. The role focuses on claims administration, document analysis, claimant communication, and implementation of a compensation plan.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review claim documents for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare detailed written responses to complex inquiries from claimants and legal counsel
• Handle telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel professionally and effectively
• Support the implementation and administration of a compensation plan
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and quality throughout the claims process
• Work independently while following project guidelines, training, and direction from project leadership
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Skills

• JD from an accredited U.S. or Canadian law school; foreign law degree may be considered
• Active law license in good standing in at least one Canadian jurisdiction
• Fluency in English and French (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to confidentiality
• Canadian French preferred
• Medical records review experience
• Litigation experience
• Class action and/or mass tort experience
