[Remote] Webinar Program Manager, Technical Production
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Carahsoft is seeking an experienced Webinar Program Manager to support its OpenAI team and manage the end-to-end operations and technical production of a growing virtual-event program. The role oversees webinar scheduling, platform configuration, registration, speaker preparation, live production, attendee support, post-event delivery, and performance reporting across multiple weekly events.

Skills
- • Three or more years of experience producing webinars, livestreams, virtual conferences, or comparable digital events
- • Demonstrated experience independently managing live technical production and real-time troubleshooting
- • Experience with Restream and Gradual, or substantial experience with comparable platforms and the ability to learn them quickly
- • Strong program- and project-management skills, including intake, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and follow-through
- • Experience managing registration workflows, rehearsals, run-of-show documents, recordings, replays, and post-event reporting
- • Ability to manage several events concurrently and support multiple live events per week
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong attention to detail and a consistent quality-assurance mindset
- • Ability to remain calm, decisive, and professional during live-event disruptions
- • Availability during Eastern Time business hours and scheduled live-event windows
- • Sound judgment when handling sensitive information, credentials, recordings, and attendee data
- • Proactive, strong user of ChatGPT, Codex and always looking for ways that OpenAI tools can be incorporated into creating amazing experiences for our customers
