Role Description The Senior Vice President is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing key business units, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term goals. This role leads cross-functional teams, establishes performance targets, and monitors progress against financial, operational, and customer-focused objectives. The Senior Vice President collaborates with executive leadership on corporate strategy, budgeting, risk management, and major initiatives, while fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and results. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding senior managers, making data-informed decisions, representing the organization to external stakeholders, and driving transformation projects and process improvements. Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in senior executive or senior leadership roles, with responsibility for strategy, operations, and financial performance. Proven ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams, build consensus, and drive organizational change and growth. Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities, including board and client-facing interactions. Background in process improvement, organizational development, and implementing scalable systems and structures. Commitment to inclusive leadership, ethical decision-making, and maintaining a non-discriminatory work environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent) is highly beneficial. Comfort with digital collaboration tools and remote work practices; ability to manage time zones and distributed teams effectively.
