[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

The role coordinates invoice verification and payable records, assists with reconciliations, and communicates missing details before payments are scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Enter approved payables into the designated accounting system
- Reconcile vendor statements against recorded invoices and payments
- Answer routine questions about invoice receipt or payment status
- Assist with month-end close by preparing invoice and balance summaries
- Review vendor invoices for required information and mathematical accuracy
- Check payment due dates and maintain an accurate invoice status tracker
- Request missing vendor documentation through approved channels
