Responsibilities
- Flag payment or bank-detail changes that require independent verification
- Review vendor invoices for required information and mathematical accuracy
- Help prepare scheduled payments following established authorization rules
- Request missing vendor documentation through approved channels
- Organize payable documentation for routine financial reviews
- Identify aging invoices requiring appropriate follow-up
- Enter approved payables into the designated accounting system
