[Remote] Implementation Program Manager - Investment Management Technology (Required)

Cutter Associates is hiring an Implementation Program Manager to lead complex investment management technology implementations for institutional asset management clients. The role oversees project delivery, vendor relationships, governance, and client decisions across multiple consulting engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale investment management technology implementations, overseeing project planning, execution, governance, and delivery
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership and steering committees
- Manage third-party technology vendors, ensuring accountability for deliverables, timelines, and commitments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including client stakeholders, vendors, and Cutter consulting resources
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and executive-level presentations
- Facilitate critical project decisions, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Support multiple client engagements and collaborate across Cutter's consulting practices as business needs evolve
Skills
- 15+ years of experience in investment management technology, consulting, or transformation, including significant project/program management experience
- Proven experience leading complex investment management system implementations for asset managers, asset owners, or institutional investment organizations
- Strong understanding of front-, middle-, and back-office investment management workflows and technology platforms
- Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional delivery teams
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to steering committees and boards
- Strong program governance, project planning, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and provide strategic guidance while remaining actively involved in delivery
- Experience implementing or overseeing platforms such as Charles River, Eagle, Clearwater, Aladdin, SimCorp, or comparable investment management systems
- Prior consulting experience supporting institutional investment management clients
- Experience managing enterprise-wide technology modernization or platform transformation initiatives
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
