[Remote] Senior Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Neka Creative is hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and contribute to strategic development. The role bridges clients and the creative team, overseeing project delivery, account growth, and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Own and strengthen client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic partner
- Lead client meetings and confidently present strategies, recommendations and creative work on behalf of the team
- Identify opportunities to sustain and grow existing accounts
- Contribute to strategic thinking, planning and recommendations
- Develop thoughtful creative and project briefs that translate client objectives into clear direction
- Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to guide work from concept through execution
- Consolidate client feedback and provide clear, actionable direction
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, deliverables and approvals
- Manage assigned project budgets, scopes and financial performance
- Track and reconcile team hours, labor costs and project expenditures against approved budgets
- Anticipate budget overruns, scope changes and project risks, and proactively recommend solutions
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project delivery
Skills
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- At least 6 years of account management or client leadership experience
- Strong strategic thinking and an understanding of branding, marketing and creative development
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- Experience managing project budgets, scopes and account profitability
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and works independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Technologically proficient and comfortable with project management, financial tracking and collaboration platforms
- A commitment to creativity, respect and inclusion
- Preferably in a creative, advertising or marketing agency
- Preferably within a creative agency
