[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Petauri is hiring an Account Executive to coordinate day-to-day client interactions, project delivery, and communication between internal teams and clients. The role manages deliverables, deadlines, project scope, client reporting, and financial tracking for a strategic payer market access marketing agency.
Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in regular team meetings
- Support client services' efforts by handling projects, collaborating with the project management team to develop timelines, communicate achievements and identify possible red flags in projects
- Drive the daily activities of a project by overseeing project scope, changes, and roadblocks within timelines and budgets
- Prepare concise status and contact reports, outlining decisions, next steps, key dates, and deliverables
- Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure promotional items adhere to medical-legal- regulatory compliance and submission requirements
- Stay updated on brand/category trends and develop relevant knowledge
- Leverage the Petauri core values in all interactions by fostering a culture of leadership, partnership, professionalism, innovation, integrity, accountability and quality
- Contribute to the development of client proposals, budgets and reconciliations and monitor budget including direct and labor costs, checking for out of scope items and hours
- Partner with relevant team members to meet financial deliverable dates for estimates, invoices, and budgets
- Assist with preparing financial and forecasting reports
- Operate within established client and agency processes
- Owns and generates internal trackers and client reports with oversight
- Co-create project briefs with account team
- Attend and participate in client meetings as appropriate
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive within an advertising, marketing, communication or related industry
- Experience with direct client contact
- Pharmaceutical agency experience is preferred
- Hands-on experience with clients' online submission systems for medical/regulatory and legal reviews (e.g., Veeva) (Preferred)
